….Now, both can only brace for the aftermath
This book was difficult to get through for me because of the uncomfortable subject matter. I have read many books were serial rapist are the antagonist. But, it's hard to read about rape when men are being raped. Otherwise good twists and turns, but still cringy.
Brilliant storyline. Very authentic, very original. Not some of the gruesomeness went too far. Still, overall, it is a fast, unpredictable summer read.
Smartly written although the story is very immoral or grotesque. This author is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Still torn on how would rate this one because it makes up for what it loses in the a moral storyline with the change ups you don't see coming.
